We wanted to thank you all for your ongoing support and trust during this challenging time.
In accordance with the recommendations of health officials, as well as our regulatory college, all face to face sessions have been discontinued and we are now offering a variety of videoconferencing options (e.g., Zoom, FaceTime, Skype), for any clients that would be interested in exploring this as an alternative to our traditional in-person meetings. We realize that videoconferencing will not be a suitable option for all clients / families and we understand and respect this decision. If this is not feasible, we can also coordinate times to connect by telephone, to stay up to date on your home practice and to provide suggestions and support as needed. As always, you can feel free to email your treating clinicians anytime and we will stay connected and continue to support you in that way.
We want to ensure all clients and staff remain safe and healthy, but we also want to provide support and ensure consistency with the communication goals in preparation for when this situation is over. We hope these alternatives will strike that balance.
We will continue to closely monitor the developing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and its potential impact on our clients and the clinic. We will update you if our current service provisions are modified further.
At this time, our clinic is temporarily closed to any in-person services. When we begin our typical operations, we will notify you immediately.
