We are closely monitoring the developing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and its potential impact on our clients and the clinic.
We know the situation is rapidly changing and we are committed to the safety of our clients, staff and the community. We take care each day to keep our clinic and materials clean and safe, however we are taking extra infection prevention measures during this situation.
We are asking that if clients have recently travelled to areas outside of Canada that you contact the office to discuss the possibility of postponing your appointment. If clients are demonstrating any symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.), we ask that you call the clinic to cancel appointments and wait to reschedule until you are well again. Our staff will stay at home if they are unwell, and you will be informed if a session has to be cancelled due to illness.
Clients will not be charged for cancelling an appointment due to illness.
At this time, our clinic is open and it is business as usual at Sound Expression. Should this change, we will notify you immediately.
